The frost is on the pumpkin. This is true, I went and checked it personally.
I'm not sure why people make such a deal out of that, as the frost is also on the
windows, the sidewalk, the dead grasses, the tombstones, the beach umbrellas, Debby
Tonte's glass that she left on the edge of the spy reporter's box, and a lot of other
places. I grant you that it sparkles in the sun, which is good if you like that kind
of thing, but I prefer the sparkles on the windows, especially when seen from INSIDE.
Mannequin's Best was, or were, as the case might be, avoided by Gerfel's
Friends. Sounds like personality conflicts to me.
Yakko got the most challenges.
Nobody died.
Thirty-eight fights! Doing well, aren't we? Eight challenge matches. Not so
good, but better than none. And one was for the title, I like to see that.
SUGARBEET (7-5219) (28-29-1,67) of SUGAR AND SPICE fought GLASS JOE (56-3847)
(16-6-0,69) of PUNCH-OUT! SUGARBEET vanquished GLASS JOE in a 1 minute one-sided
match. They tell me it was a shattering experience.

43-3,78) of REDHORSE. QUADRICEPS was handily defeated by MOUNTAIN GOAT in a 1 minute
mismatched match. They tell me mountains are hard on the quadriceps. I wouldn't
know. That kind of stuff is for, uh, other people. I'm a city boy.
KASENKO (73-4445) (22-13-2,78) of PERFECTION QUEST II fought CROOKED HOOF (56-
3493) (33-24-0,66) of REDHORSE. KASENKO was beaten by CROOKED HOOF in a popular 1
minute duel. And a real blow it was, too, since a crooked hoof is a long way from
perfection.
HELM HAMMERHAND (31-5025) (24-13-0,80) of LORDS OF VALHALLA fought PROWESS (2-
5155) (24-31-0,72) of KNOT WHOLE. HELM HAMMERHAND overcame PROWESS in an action
packed 3 minute gory match. I couldn't bear to watch this one. I may be dead, but
I'm not, as the saying goes, QUITE dead yet. Some things you can't miss. And Helm
didn't.

2,53) of PUNCH-OUT! SPATHA was overpowered by KID QUICK in an exciting 1 minute
brutal one-sided fray. Sometimes life is totally unfair. But if you're lucky,
sometimes it's unfair in your favor. No, really, this DOES happen.
LIL E. TEE (15-4608) (18-11-1,80) of TRIPLE CROWN fought SKI MASK (58-5869) (48-
83-0,54) of CIRQUE DU MASQUES. LIL E. TEE subdued SKI MASK in a 2 minute bloody
match. And no wonder. It's getting on toward that time of year, and some people
don't care for turkey.
CAT IN THE HAT (24-3103) (17-5-1,73) of THE SEUSS HEUSS fought PISTON HURRICANE
(40-2287) (22-15-0,87) of AS FAR AS SIAM. CAT IN THE HAT vanquished PISTON HURRICANE
in a 1 minute mismatched fight. This must be what they mean when they say you can
"keep it under your hat." The hurricane was well and truly hatted here.
BROKEN TOE (56-3683) (30-47-1,100) of REDHORSE fought SIR REALISTIC (10-5552)
(15-8-1,54) of SIR AGLIO. BROKEN TOE handily defeated SIR REALISTIC in a 1 minute
mismatched match. The possible comments and slick "name" jokes here are so numerous
that I will leave them to your imagination.
HUMMINGBIRD (56-3475) (31-31-0,100) of REDHORSE fought B&G BOUNCER (101-3) (0-0-
0,30) of the College of Mimes. HUMMINGBIRD overpowered B&G BOUNCER in an exciting 1
minute gory one-sided fight. This is fine, as far as it goes, but now Hummingbird
has to be looking over her shoulder for MONTHS, because mimes have very long
memories.
MOOSE (56-3459) (22-28-0,93) of REDHORSE fought NINJA FERD (101-30) (0-0-0,130)
of the College of Mimes. MOOSE was handily defeated by NINJA FERD in an exciting 1
minute one-sided fight. And not only do the mimes have long memories, they can be
mean.
CITATION (15-3925) (26-18-0,136) of TRIPLE CROWN fought JOHN LONGSHORE (11-4197)
(28-38-0,94) of TUFT TUGGERS. CITATION defeated JOHN LONGSHORE in an action packed 2
minute fight. Ripped that tuft out by the ROOTS.
NUTCRACKER (38-4380) (26-23-1,106) of ALL FINESSE fought GAR & BRILL (38-4252)
(33-59-0,97) of JUST BECAUSE. NUTCRACKER handily defeated GAR & BRILL in a 1 minute
one-sided duel. One of those home-town grudge matches. And if you'd ever eaten at
the Gar's Brill, you'd know why.
FEALOST (1-3916) (49-68-1,103) of MOSSRUNNERS fought TEDDY RUXPIN (11-6399) (31-
20-1,118) of LORDS OF CHAOS. FEALOST was overcome by TEDDY RUXPIN in an action
packed 6 minute brutal bout. Some people can't handle chaos.
KI (31-165) (34-41-1,116) of AVENGERS fought SWALLOWTAIL (1-7387) (26-16-2,121)
of MANNEQUIN'S BEST. KI slimly lost to SWALLOWTAIL in an action packed 5 minute
bout. I find it hard to see Swallowtail as "delicate and airy," which I understand
is how a former opponent persists in describing her. Guess it takes all kinds.

(62-90-3,120) of GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. BLACK EYE overpowered KOOKABURRA in a 1 minute
one-sided bout. Nothing left but some crumbs.

4600) (32-24-1,146) of TUFT TUGGERS. FRED was vanquished by SEGALLION SUNDANCER in a

in a 2 minute gory one-sided match. Too bad. I was in the mood for mashed potatoes.

102-0,116) of MOSSRUNNERS. ANIJIA ALARA overpowered BUCK in an action packed 2
minute bloody uneven fray. Laughing maniacally the whole time, I bet. And why not,
eh? It was laughable.

14-0,144) of QUBIT. DELICE THE RED was overpowered by QUIFF in a 1 minute one-sided
duel. Is a quiff a sort of little quaff? A sip, as you might say?

(30-30-2,171) of GERFEL'S FRIENDS. SINCLAIR handily defeated BOB THE RUSSIAN in a 1
minute mismatched competition. I've told Bob a hundred times if I've told him once,
getting drunk before the fights is FINE, it makes it easier to fall without breaking
bones, but watch the timing! You don't want to be massively HUNG OVER for the
fights.

4856) (32-29-1,176) of TUFT TUGGERS. RUTHLESS savagely defeated ZLATINA ANGUELOVA in

"savagely"?

conflict. Why is this hard to believe? And (phew) someone should get RID of that
old fish, anyway.

3108) (102-100-2,181) of VIOLENT FEMS. HALLIE O'DENE was savagely defeated by KAIDEN
in an exciting 2 minute brutal fight. Two violent fems. The fans love that kind of
thing.
