Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. There were bitter words at AVALANCHE
ARMADA's guildhouse after a 0-0-0 showing this week which dropped the stable into
11th. Dark Arena anyone? Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the
corner! Witness how this week PSYCHO SQUAD went 1-1-0 to move up 4 in the rankings.
My praise to CHAOS KIDS for their 4-0-0 week this time out. Indeed, it was a
skillfully fought round deserving of notice! CLYDE caught the eye of many in the
gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested PEREGRINE FIREHAWK and was awarded 18
points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, MCKINLEY put down
MORAN, causing him to lose 7 points of recognition in the process. Due to hers
absence and inability to defend the throne, OVERKILL has lost the title of
Duelmaster. The city has turned out in honor of HOODOO MAN, for with his arena
victory he may now lay claim to the highest position in the city! Heed this! A seer
has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the whole city shall perish!
Just remember...5 or 7!
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city TRANSEL. My inside sources tell me that the team to beat in TRANSEL
these days is LANCIARII. At least, most blades in town are looking to avoid them.
If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of
LANCIARII last week. Busy avoiding LANCIARII? At the gambling halls I have started
to bet money on TUB THUMPING. It has got the courage it takes. Witness its
challenge this turn against ASH! The TOP HITS stable will be up late tonight, for
indeed it was TUB THUMPING who claimed victory in the contest, ascending 24 in
recognition!
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
