SPY REPORT
Hail and well met warriors of TOBIR! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp Eyes,
Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Fortune did not smile upon PHOENIX GUARD
this time out who this turn suffered a fall into 9th position in the wake of a 0-0-0
round. My praise to THIS MODERN WORLD for their 3-1-0 week this time out. Indeed,
it was a skillfully fought round deserving of notice! EDWINA caught the eye of many
in the gladiatorial commission as she skillfully bested RACER and was awarded 22
points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, EDWINA put down
RACER, causing him to lose 11 points of recognition in the process. Not for nothing
has UPPITY in the past laid claim to the Duelmaster's throne, and this week she's
proven hers combat skill yet again. Informants "close" to the city champion have
told me that he never fights without pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city TOBIR. TOBIR, city of gladiators! Mighty among the names of thy guilds
is SAGE SOLDIERS, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.
Apparently the stalwarts of ANYTHING GOES are catching the bulk of jests down at the
challenging board for their large share of the avoids. Mighty fighters cannot but
expect competition from those below. SNORRY take warning! You have more than a few
enemies in TOBIR.
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! My hearty congratulations CRPL MAX KLINGER, for
thy revenge upon RISHKAR, slayer of thy fallen comrade. Next time he will know
better, eh? Dark alleys may hide both secrets and assassins. In the arena there is
only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
If it were not for my skills as a spy I would have been mugged three times
already in TOBIR. Nice atmosphere you have here! Sadly warriors, now longer can I
