SPY REPORT
Greetings arena fans! It's dueling time once more in Lapur. We have an inductee to
honor this week. This week we honor BIG TROUBLE of I'M THE WOLF, He was a quick study,
only taking 25 fights to become immortal with a 15-10-0 record. Congrats to Howlin
Wolf on his 6th Lord Protector from Lapur. Last turn, after a couple months away from
the top spot, SACAGAWEA regained the throne for the 3rd time. Will she be able to hold
onto the title for number 4? Let's find out.
First off we welcome back ARCANE PHARMACY and Destitute Noble as well as CONFUSE A CAT
and their faceless manager. They return for what might be some post tourney prep. We
also had 3 guilds no show for fights this week. The commission lists show 23 fights in
the arena with no dead list at all, so that leaves 11 challenge fights. WOW! No way I
will be able to do 11 challenges. Don't worry, I will figure something out. And that
leaves 12 random match-ups.
The fight for the title was a challenge fight with PETRIFIED SPONGE of ARMY OF
DARKNESS challenging defending champ SACAGAWEA of WAR PARTY. Which means we have a
snoozefest, or as I like to call them, intermission. For those that did not hang
around for the full 24 minutes, Master Beru's fossilized warriors ran out of steam
after 24 minutes of staring at each other leaving Obregon's gasping reining Duelmaster
still atop the heap. Yeah, heap is the correct word. Ohh and yeah, it's her 4th time
as Duelmaster. All Hail SACAGAWEA! blah blah blah.
In team news, Jorja and her CARDOW HUNTERS held onto the top spot after a 3-1-0
showing. Leaping from 6th to 2nd is Neon Necromancer and his NEON VELVET crew, who
pulled off an impressive 5-0-0 result. Nice! Rounding out the top 3 is Master Beru and
his ARMY of DARKNESS, who struggled with a 1-4-0 dropping them from 2nd last time. The
Team on the Move is naturally Neon and his Velvet warriors, who gained 40 points
collectively. The Most Avoided Team this week is of course the Bloke and his AVOID ME!
blowhards, who I am ashamed to report has received no less than 16 freakin avoids. The
next closest had 7 avoids. Cmon guys he only has 5 warriors and he only fights 3 a
week!
My Fight of the Week...
ENTITLED CITIZEN of ARMY OF DARKNESS challenged HOWLER of CARDOW HUNTERS with Master
Beru's self-centered warrior being savagely defeated by Jorja's roaring warrior in a 4
minute melee.
In individual achievements:
The Biggest Winner is WAGON DRIVER 3 of BLACK KELTS who gained 13 points.
The Biggest Loser is DEEP WELL 900 of BLACK KELTS who lost 9 points.
