Hammer had arranged for a private audience with himself, the beautiful battle-worn
Shagornan Elf known as Stormm Krow and his newest recruit that the Veteran Manager had
decided was on-the bubble, as far as being included as a member of his revamped
Abattoir 5 Blades stable!
In the past, the Veteran Manager would have welcomed OTW to participate in the sand-
battles in DM 45 as a member of his Abattoir 5 Blades stable, but with the Darque-
Hosted Contest approaching in a few months, this particular warrior was considered to
be on-the-bubble!
Hammer was torn between allowing OTW to be a member of his contest-bound Abattori 5
Blades, but the Veteran Manager had ultimately decided to send OTW to the Dark Arena
in an effort for the new recruit to prove himself worthy of being added to the
Abattoir 5 Blades stable!
OTW was glad for the opportunity to put his very life on-the-line to prove his worth
to the Veteran Manager by engaging in a one-time fight in the Dark Arena!
Stormm Krow was charged with the responsibility of training this new recruit to give
him every opportunity to become the fifth-member of the Abattoir 5 Blades stable!
If her intense-training regimen for OTW were to prove to be successful, then his
reward would be the opportunity to continue fighting in the Basic Arena every four
weeks, before the aforementioned Contest would begin!

Busy, busy, busy, lots of things happening in STORMCROWE this turn, and let's
start with a look at some of the teams. Now keep the taverns open late tonight, for
there are sorrows to drown for FAVORITE SAYINGS 7, whose 0-1-0 this turn dropped them
by 8 into 16th. And let's see, PEANUT SALESMAN fought PRIMAL CUT and gained 17
points and contributed to AVID FANS' 2-2-0. PRIMAL CUT has lost to PEANUT SALESMAN,
falling 11 points, while helping make HOWLIN SLAUGHTER a 1-1-0 turn. We should ask
ME TOO about the thrill of victory, and what being the new Duelmaster does for a
warrior, it's now the one to ask. By the way, was that our Duelmaster that I saw
last night, cramped under the table at The Shadow's Fountain?
He who challenges well, fights well. He who avoids without cause, shall lose
for good reasons. My mama told me that one. GOING BERSERK has cause to stand tall,
as they were STORMCROWE's most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a team to
beat. And avoiding GOING BERSERK more than any other team we find AVID FANS.
STORMCROWE, are we going to accept, or respect this sort of thing? Well, sports
fans, take notice that THE BRUTE SQUAD from AVID FANS was STORMCROWE's most
challenged warrior this turn. In a brave attempt, THE BRUTE SQUAD from AVID FANS
challenged up 19 points to fight BRAWLIPOP from the DARQUE FORCES stable. THE BRUTE
SQUAD perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he lost to BRAWLIPOP and ended up with
96 recognition points.
