It went flying out of the spring holder. Similar to 12c the plug had come out, but this time the tube went down the block and we fanned out to locate & collect all the pieces (as it turns out there exactly one had left the dynamic Newton meter).

We decided to have the members at small fan out to watch subsequent test from a distance to a) improve the chance of someone seeing where any pieces went and b) increase their safety.
