There are all sorts of fun construction challenges we could do (or do again). Mouse trap cars, mouse trap catapults. Towers & bridges with limited materials, etc.

One interesting idea that has been mentioned was using the corrugater on aluminum foil and see what we can do with it (there was an argument about ductility and malleability and such that we didn't capture the details of).
