Some other minor deities and cults (this list is incomplete):Committee of Immortals: formed of the priests of a group of minor gods and goddesses, hostile to the Circle of Three (which denies the godhood of any but their own Three). The importance of this ecumenical group varies from province to province; it is usually stronger where the minor local gods are very weak or nearly forgotten. (When the local gods are strong, their priests feel no need to band together for support.) Although it has long been present in Daiyla Kiv, the Committee has not felt it needful to be active until the recent arrival of the Circle of Three. The current head of the Committee of Immortals in Daiyla Kiv is Wenavan ten Yalkan, priest of Amuris. Aladesta: a goddess worshipped in Han Ardes, patroness of the city of Desgano. Among several other things, she is said to be the patroness of "civilized" or water-borne warfare. The god Larades is her twin brother. Larades: a god worshipped in Han Ardes; brother of Aladesta, he is the god of "uncivilized" or dry land warfare. Circle of Three: a minor cult, hostile to the Committee of Immortals (another minor cult, or rather a group of cults); dervishes of the Circle wear robes of red, yellow, and white ribbons over turquoise tunics and scarlet pants, with hats like emerald pancakes with tassels of the three ribbon colors around the rim, and they spin in a frenzy as a form of ecstatic worship. This cult has recently arrived in Daiyla Kiv (it is believed to have originated, or at least entered Lirith Kai, in Dal Shang), but it has few followers as yet. The present leader of the cult in Daiyla Kiv is Brother Tohs Palau Greenstave. Dijana: a goddess of the mountains honored in Daroja. Fat Bo's Shrine, Bazaar District, Dal Shang: the shrine is little more than a hole-in-the-wall place with a statue of Fat Bo (identity, interests, and original associates unknown) and a place for the priest to sit and accept offerings. Fat Bo is now regarded, in Dal Shang, at least, as a granter of "luck." The shrine has no regular priest at the present time. Hodan Shrine, Bazaar District, Dal Shang: an unusual shrine which is difficult to find, this small courtyard and building is at the end of a long bare passage--the only thing at the end of it; all the buildings which border the courtyard except the shrine turn blank walls to it. The courtyard is paved, all the flagstones sloping gently toward a drain in the center, presumably to forestall a tendency to flood during the rainy season. The shrine building itself is of two stories (the priest is presumed to live on the second floor); the front is carved like crowding trees. The worship room is dark and smells of stone and water; it has been fashioned to look like a natural stone grotto, with ferns and mosses growing near the entrance and a spring or fountain in the rear. Tradition has it that this shrine is built over a natural spring which has the power to "wash away enchantment" if one bathes in the water as it flows (water taken away from the shrine is without power). The priest is never seen by visitors to the shrine, but his or her presence is apparent in the fact that the shrine and courtyard are always spotlessly clean, with candles available for visitors to the spring. Istala: a very minor harvest goddess worshipped on the lower Asti Lio River; she is always shown mounted sidesaddle on a white cow. Jiakana: a harvest goddess (probably pre-Drahnoran) worshipped in eastern Minho Province. Jomaka: the chief god of the Kojoka people of Hadarana and Sahala provinces; a warrior/herdsman god. Ki-Lae: a warrior demigoddess or ancient heroine of East Aryai, now regarded as a sort of guardian angel for the village of Ki-Ling Hano. Kinro: god of the Kiniar people. Ninimi: a minor goddess of fertility or some related field worshipped in the Ninotai in Virang and Miroi provinces. She is pictured crowned with flowers and riding a milk-white cow. Rinjo: god of the White Jade River, honored in Daroja. Rintira: a horse-goddess of the Harinzans. Siluona: a minor river goddess worshipped along the lower Silu Tan River. Tegena: a horse goddess worshipped on the Negethi Slope in Danath. Yojina: A demi-goddess or ancient heroine or holy person of northwestern Aryai Province; little is remembered of her, but she is honored in the hamlet of Yojin Kao, where there is a spring, the Yojina Well, named after her. Zalirena: a goddess who is patroness of the town of Zalir'na in Danath.
