The people of Harin-Tiran Province are not pure Adantri, and some consider them to be a distinct race, the Harinzans, who may or may not be aboriginal to the region. (It is considered possible that they may be a people related to the Rirorni, or some other nomadic group which was forced down off the Rirorni Plateau by that warlike people; or perhaps they are related to the Zarlani of Fan Zirlyn Province. In any case, they are loyal citizens of the Empire now.) They tend to be somewhat shorter than the average Adantri, slim and wiry, and red or reddish-brown hair is often seen among them, frequently coupled with green eyes.
